Immerse yourself in the heart of Monferrato with a Ruché wine tasting at the La Mondianese winery in the province of Asti. You will be able to explore up close the passion and dedication that animates every aspect of wine production, from the vineyard to the bottle.
Let yourself be guided through the rows of lovingly tended vines, discover the secrets of production with a visit to the cellar and, finally, let yourself be seduced by a tasting of 5 wines plus a Grappa Ruché, accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and cheeses.
Get ready to experience two unforgettable hours on a journey that celebrates the best of Piedmontese wine culture!
What we will do
We will meet at the time selected during the booking process at the La Mondianese winery in Montemagno, in the province of Asti. On your arrival, the staff will welcome you and guide you on a tour of the vineyards.
During a walk of about 15-20 minutes, the guide will take you on a discovery of the vineyards surrounding the winery, showing you the commitment and care for each row.
Next, we will move inside for a visit to the cellar, where state-of-the-art technology is combined with traditional methods. You will discover the secrets of production, from the delicate vinification process toageing in wooden barrels and oakbarriques.
And then, the highlight: the tasting of 5 types of Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato wine, plus a Grappa di Ruché. And as accompaniment, a platter of cold meats and local cheeses. You will be able to savour this red wine with its distinctive character, intense aroma and full flavour.
The experience lasts 2 hours, including a tour of the vineyard, a visit to the cellar and a tasting.
Who it is aimed at
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. Minors between the ages of 8 and 17 will only be able to participate in the product tasting or, alternatively, savoury snacks, chips and soft drinks at a cost of €10. Children aged 0 to 7 years participate free of charge.
For any accompanying persons not tasting, the fee is 13€.
The activity is wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the vineyard visit only.
Other information
The experience is available from Thursday to Sunday all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Dogs are allowed on the premises, but must remain outside the cellar.

The venue cannot be reached by public transport, only by car.
In the event of bad weather, a free bottle of Ruchè 'Oniro' will be given for every 2 people instead of the vineyard tour.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
