Immerse yourself in the heart of Monferrato with a Ruché wine tasting at the La Mondianese winery in the province of Asti. You will be able to explore up close the passion and dedication that animates every aspect of wine production, from the vineyard to the bottle.
Discover the secrets of production with a visit to the winery and let yourself be seduced by a tasting of 5 wines plus a Ruché Grappa, accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and cheeses.
Get ready to experience two unforgettable hours on a journey that celebrates the best of Piedmontese wine culture!
What we will do
We will be at the time selected during the booking process at the La Mondianese winery in Montemagno, in the province of Asti. On your arrival, the staff will welcome you and guide you through a tour of the winery.
During the visit to the cellar and the barrique cellar, you will discover the secrets of production, from the delicate vinification process toageing in wooden barrels and oakbarriques.
And then the highlight: the tasting of 5 types of Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato wine, plus a Grappa di Ruché. And as accompaniment, a platter of local cured meats and cheeses. You will be able to savour this red wine with its distinctive character, intense aroma and full flavour.
The experience lasts 2 hours, including a visit to the winery and tasting.
