Some hills 'have eyes', the Teramane Hills have wine: and what wine!
Come and discover the UMA Casanatura winery in Cellino Attanasio, a wonderful winery founded in 2013 and driven by a passion for sustainability. A journey through the secrets of the Abruzzo terroir, surrounded by the beauty of local biodiversity, awaits you.
A regenerating experience in which you will stroll among the rows of vines and visit the cellar, and then sit down to taste no less than 4 glasses of excellent wine paired with home-produced extra virgin olive oil!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Uma Casanatura farm in Cellino Attanasio (TE), in the splendid setting of the Teramo hills. We will be welcomed by a guide who will accompany us on a journey to discover a philosophy linked to respect for the land.
We will begin with a pleasant walk in the vineyard, walking through the rows where native vines such as Pecorino, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Cerasuolo and the grapes dedicated to Metodo Classico are grown. During the tour, the guide will explain the soil and climate characteristics of the area and we will be introduced to the winery's production and oenological processes in a simple way.
We will visit the cellar and, as a little extra, we will have the opportunity to taste one of the wines directly from the barrel!
Finally, we will move to the dedicated indoor room or to the panoramic terrace for the tasting moment. We will be served 4 glasses of wine, specifically 2 white and 2 red wines. Accompanying the glasses will be breadsticks and taralli served with our own tasty extra virgin olive oil.
The experience will last about 1 hour in total.

The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons may participate free of charge or with a price based on actual consumption.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
