The beauty of an instant lies in the right glass at the right time: here at Le Coste di Gradoli there is a wine for every moment!
Come and discover a winery with a French soul in the heart of Alta Tuscia, where more than 30 different labels are produced from biodynamic agriculture in a unique volcanic territory.
A 3-hour experience in which you will explore vineyards and cellar and conclude with a tasting of 4 glasses that enhance the character of the land!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the winery in Gradoli (VT), in the setting of Alta Tuscia. We will be welcomed by a guide who will accompany us on a passionate presentation of the history of this winery, founded in 2004.
We will begin with a one-and-a-half-hour walk among the vineyards overlooking Lake Bolsena. We will walk over volcanic and tuffaceous soils, discovering the characteristics of the 14 grape varieties cultivated and the importance of an agriculture that enhances every single plot of land. Afterwards, we will move for about 1 hour inside the winery, where we will learn more about the natural winemaking processes and the decision not to 'mix' the grape varieties in order to preserve their identity.
The highlight will be the tasting: we will taste four glasses of wine, usually two whites and two reds. It will be a sensory journey to understand the philosophy of the winery, often comparing the same grape variety from different plots.
The experience will last about 3 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 years and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons may participate in the experience as 'chaperones' at a price to be agreed on site.
The winery is accessible by wheelchair or pushchair as far as the winery premises are concerned, but the vineyard is not accessible due to the conformation of the terrain.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 people. In the event of bad weather, the activity will take place entirely indoors, excluding the vineyard walk.

Dogs are allowed in the common areas and in the vineyard, but are not allowed in the winery.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport, so the use of a private vehicle is recommended.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
