Do you know what it means to value one's roots?
Come and discover it at Podere 45, an artisanal winery in the heart of the Nurra, a few steps from the beaches of Alghero. Here, three brothers have transformed the family vineyard into a love project, where the wind and the sea of Sardinia sign each bottle.
A two-hour experience in which you can choose between a classic tasting of the winery's representative wines or a vertical tasting dedicated to the whites of Alghero, both accompanied by the winery's own bread and oil.
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at Podere 45 in the countryside of Alghero(SS), where the Mediterranean maquis meets the sea breeze. We will be welcomed by our guide, who will immediately take us out into the open air for an engaging walk through the vineyard.
During the walk between the rows of Vermentino and Cagnulari vines, we will discover the secrets of dry farming and the history of Podere 45, a number that links this family to the land reform. We will then visit the cellar, where the production cycle takes shape following authentic, artisanal methods that respect nature's time.
Afterwards, we will take a seat in the outdoor area in front of the vineyards or in the tasting room. We will be able to choose between two different options:
- Tasting "Podere 45": includes the tasting of 4 glasses, namely Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, Alghero Bianco DOC, Alghero Rosso DOC and Alghero Cagnulari.
- I nostri bianchi" tasting: an in-depth vertical tasting comprising 5 goblets, including 3 different vintages of Vermentino di Sardegna DOC and 2 vintages of Alghero Bianco DOC. Both courses will be accompanied by home-made bread and EVO oil.
The experience will last approximately 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above. The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age guests attend free of charge.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
