If you think that just any souvenir is enough to find the true spirit of Tuscany, prepare to change your mind: here, Chianti is not just a label, it is a declaration of love to the land that has lasted since 1982.
Come and discover the Azienda Agricola Bonomonte in Barberino Tavarnelle, where first a total immersion among the rows of vines and the secrets of an underground cellar awaits you, followed by a guided tasting of four wines, accompanied by EVO oil, vin santo and cantucci.
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Azienda Agricola Bonomonte in Barberino Tavarnelle (FI), in the beautiful setting of the Chianti hills.
We will begin the activity with a 10-minute visit to the winery, which is located underground, just below the main building. We will explore the areas dedicated to the fermentation processes in cement vats and bottling, discovering the technical curiosities that allow the aromatic heritage of the grapes to be preserved.
Once back in, we will dedicate ourselves to a guided tasting. If the weather is fine, we will be able to sit outside to enjoy the surrounding landscape, otherwise we will be accommodated in the dedicated tasting room. We will taste four labels of excellence from the winery's production: the Ros'Astro Toscana I. G. T. Rosato, the Chianti D. O. C. G., the Camp'Albracco Toscana I. G. T. Rosso and the fine Chianti D. O. C. G. Riserva.
The experience does not stop at wine: we will also taste our own Extra Virgin Olive Oil and conclude with the classic pairing of vin santo and cantuccini.
The experience will last a total of about 1. 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants aged 18 and over. Accompanying persons aged 18 and over who do not participate in the wine tasting (abstemious persons and/or pregnant women) pay the same fee and will be served accompanying food, extra virgin olive oil and water. Accompanying persons aged 0 to 17 participate free of charge: contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to indicate their presence.
The facility is not wheelchair-accessible.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
