Talk about being spoilt for choice! At the Nadalutti winery, you make the glass selection.
And so, between a walk in the vineyard and a tour of the cellar, you will discover the secrets of a family that has been transforming grapes into liquid poetry in the Colli Orientali del Friuli area for sixty years.
A 2-hour experience in which you will taste 4 glasses of your choice paired with a rich platter of local products!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Nadalutti winery in Orsaria (UD) , in the splendid setting of the Colli Orientali del Friuli. We will be welcomed by our guide, ready to introduce us to a company that has been cultivating these lands for almost sixty years.
We will begin our experience with a walk in the vineyard, among the rows of vines cultivated using the traditional "double upside-down" method, discovering how integrated pest management and hand-harvesting respect the balance of nature. Afterwards, we will move to the cellar to take a closer look at the modern steel barrels and to understand the winemaking processes.
The tour will continue in the tasting room or in the outdoor area (depending on the season) , where we will literally have "carte blanche". We will be able to choose 4 labels from the 18 produced by the winery, ranging from the great autochthonous wines such as Ribolla Gialla and Pignolo di Rosazzo to the fine whites of the Rosazzo area and structured reds such as Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso.
The tasting will be accompanied by a rich plate of appetisers. We will be able to taste the famous San Daniele ham, the farm's own artisan cured meats and a selection of local cheeses, perfect to enhance the wines chosen.
The experience will last about 2 hours in total .

The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above.
The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons may participate in the experience by paying on the spot according to consumption, and they will be offered a non-alcoholic drink.
The facility is wheelchair- and pushchair-accessible.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
