There is a good reason why we have rewritten 'history': at Randi Vini in Fusignano, a guided tour of the barrique cellar and a tasting of 4 glasses accompanied by the authentic flavours of the territory, such as piadina, watercress and local cured meats.
A one and a half hour experience that will make you feel you are finally in the right place!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Randi farm in Fusignano (RA). We will be welcomed by our guide, ready to lead us on a journey that starts from the roots of the Randi family.
We will start by exploring the barrique cellar, the beating heart of the company where the wine rests between steel tanks and wooden barrels. Here we will discover the secrets of a non-invasive processing, designed to bring out the soul of native grape varieties such as Longanesi, Famoso and Centesimino.
Afterwards, we will sit down in the tasting room set up in the company shop for the tasting phase. We will taste four glasses selected from bubbles, still wines and structured reds, including the jewel in the crown of the production, the Burson.
To accompany the sips, we will have a board of local products with watercress, piadina, cold cuts and cheeses. At the end, those who wish can walk independently between the rows of vines to end the day on a high note.
The experience will last about 1½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above. The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age children can participate at a cost of €10 (up to 17 years of age) , while children under 10 years of age are admitted free of charge.
The facility is accessible to people with mobility problems and pushchairs, but it is required to notify the winery when booking in order to better organise the experience.
Other information
The experience takes place all year round (except holidays) and is confirmed for a minimum number of 2 participants. On request, it is also possible to book on Sundays for groups of at least 10 people.

Dogs are allowed, provided they are kept on a leash.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
