You’ve never experienced a wine tasting quite like this.
Join our winery tour and blind wine tasting in Crespina Lorenzana: you’ll be a guest at a family-run farm, tasting the estate’s finest wines paired with local produce. And the best bit is that you’ll be the one trying to guess the wines!
A 2-hour experience to put your taste and sense of smell to the test.
What we will do
Please arrive 5 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Crespina Lorenzana (PI). The experience takes place at Fattoria Uccelliera, a family-run farm in the Pisan hills.
On arrival, we will meet the sommelier guide who will accompany us to the tasting room, furnished in Tuscan style. Our blind wine tasting can then begin: with the help of targeted questions, we will try to identify four single-varietal wines in a blind tasting. This will be accompanied by a small selection of cured meats, cheeses, pickles and a bruschetta topped with the estate’s own extra virgin olive oil.
Only afterwards, to avoid any bias during the tasting, will we visit the historic cellar dating back to 1860: we will walk through the barrel room, discovering the history of the winery, the local area and the winemaking process.
The experience lasts approximately 2 hours in total.

Please note! Once you have entered the property through the gate, the winery is approximately 1 km away and can be reached by car or on foot; this journey is not included in the time allocated for the experience. If you wish to walk to the winery independently, you must arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early.
The experience runs all year round and is confirmed once a minimum of 2 participants has been reached.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
