Don't let the farmer know how good the cheese is with Cannonau.
Take part in our food and wine experience in Laerru: you will visit a family-run wine cellar and taste the best labels paired with typical Sardinian products.
An experience of more than 2 hours, discovering Sardinia in (and with) all the senses!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Laerru (SS) . The experience takes place at Tenute Rossini, a family-run farm in the heart of Anglona.
Having gathered all the participants and in the company of the producer, the experience will begin with a walk through the vineyard during which we will learn about the history of the company, the territory, and agricultural techniques. We will then visit the winery, inside which we will learn more about wine production, walking among the machinery and discovering the ageing process.
We will then return to our vehicles to reach the nearby family home, where Mamma Teodora will be waiting for us for a tasting of Sardinian wines and products. We will taste four house wines accompanied by typical Sardinian products and dishes such as cold meats, cheeses, vegetables from the garden, wild fennel soup, or others depending on the availability of the day. The Cannonau will be just the icing on the cake!
The experience lasts a total of about 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended from 18 years of age. Any accompanying minors are admitted without age limit; children from 0 to 3 years of age participate free of charge but must report their presence by contacting the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only.
The facility is not wheelchair-accessible.

The experience takes place all year round on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.

Dogs on a leash are allowed: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate the presence of your four-legged friend.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. The experience requires a transfer of approximately 900 metres by own transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
