Come to Lison di Portogruaro at Villa Bogdano 1880 for a fascinating tour of the winery, taking in the panoramic terrace and historic ageing vats.
To round off the experience, an exclusive tasting of five organic wines awaits you, accompanied by fragrant, handmade breadsticks!
What we will do
The meeting point is at Villa Bogdano 1880 in Lison di Portogruaro, in the province of Venice. We will be welcomed by our guide, who will be ready to take us on a tour of the estate, where the winemaking tradition dates back to 1880.
We’ll begin our tour by visiting the heart of the estate, which has been producing certified organic wines since 1993 using only grapes grown on the estate.
We will then head up to the splendid panoramic terrace, 20 metres above ground level: from this vantage point, we will admire the vineyards and the medieval woodland, protected as a Natura 2000 site, whilst the guide tells us about the estate and its production philosophy.
We will then descend into the cellar, where we can discover the winemaking tradition whilst admiring the imposing historic concrete vats, which are still in perfect working order today.
Finally, we’ll take our seats in an ancient hall of the Venetian palace for a guided tasting of five glasses of organic wines. We’ll explore a range of styles – white, red, rosé and sparkling – tasting exceptional wines such as the Lison Classico DOCG and the Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso DOC Lison Pramaggiore, accompanied by delicious artisan breadsticks, local baked goods and water.
The experience will last approximately one and a half hours in total.

The wine tasting is for adults only. Any accompanying minors may take part in the experience free of charge.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.

The experience runs all year round and is confirmed provided there is a minimum of 2 people. Tours are exclusively private, with a maximum of 10 participants per tour.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport; we recommend travelling by private vehicle.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
