Everyone having picnics in the vineyard. Except you.
It's time to make up for it by taking part in our winery experience in Negrar di Valpolicella: the package includes a visit to the winery, wine tasting and picnic with local produce.
An experience of over 3 hours, of which you will take home a great memory (and many photos for Instagram) !
What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Negrar di Valpolicella (VR). The experience takes place at La Dama Vini, a family-run winery located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region.
At the reception we will find our guide, a trained sommelier who will accompany us into his (delicious) world. Having gathered all the participants, the experience will begin with a walk through the vineyard and will continue with a visit to the cellar, from the barrel cellar to the winemaking room. Along the way we will learn more about the production of Amarone and Ripasso, the area's most representative wines! This part lasts about 40 minutes.
At the end of the exploration, we will take a seat in the tasting room: we will taste five representative wines from the Valpolicella area, accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and cheeses. The guide-sommelier will not fail to expertly describe each wine, enhancing each sip.
And after the last toast, we will receive the picnic basket containing: picnic blanket, stuffed focaccia, lasagna with meat sauce, side dish of the day, chocolate cake, water and 1 glass of Valpolicella Classico per person. We will sit outside and enjoy our 'lunch with a view'!
The experience lasts a total of about 3½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended from the age of 18. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
Wine tasting is reserved for adult participants only. The 'Kids' and 'Children's' rates include a differentiated, reduced menu. Pregnant women, if any, are invited to purchase the "Children's" rate and to contact the hotel at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to indicate their presence.

The experience takes place from March to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.

Dogs on a leash are allowed. If small, they may participate in the winery tour provided they are held in your arms; if medium or large, they may not participate in the winery tour. Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
