Come to Brindisi for a private kitesurfing lesson and learn the basics of this wonderful discipline.
Let the wind and your instructor guide you towards new emotions!
What we will do
The meeting will take place at the meeting point in the Regional Natural Park of Punta della Contessa Salt Pans in Brindisi, 15 minutes before the time selected during the booking process.
Awaiting you will be your kitesurfing instructor, with whom you will learn the basics of thisadrenaline-pumping activity. Listening to his or her advice, you will experience the unique thrill of gliding over the water while you are enchanted by the beauty of the Apulian landscape.
Your private lesson will begin with an initial theoretical part on land lasting about half an hour, during which you will be taught the notions that you will put into practice when it is time to go into action.
You will begin by carrying out the so-called SEA (sport, environment, activity) assessment in the company of your instructor. You will then complete the kite set-up and become familiar with the safety systems.
At this point it will be time to try kite launching , learning how to move the kite in the wind, directly into the water!
Relaunching, quick release, disarming: these are just some of the words whose meaning you will learn thanks to the advice of your experienced instructor whose sole aim throughout the activity will be to train you and give you an unforgettable thrill .
If your instructor assesses your level as intermediate or advanced, you will have the opportunity to go further than a beginner's lesson , putting into practice the rules of navigation as a true expert kitesurfer!
The private lesson will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone; the minimum age requirement is 12 years, with a minimum weight of 35 kg.
Swimming skills are required for this activity.
Other information
The activity is exclusive and available from June to August.
There are up to 3 instructors on site, allowing for a maximum of 3 private lessons at the same time.
The beach where the activity takes place is not equipped and no lockers or facilities are available .
Any accompanying persons (also with dogs) may freely stay on the beach during the lesson.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; parking is available on site.
