Try thelatest innovation in water sports, the wing foil that lets you fly over waves even with little wind: the wing foil!
Thanks to a specific board and this special equipment, which is much easier to handle than a windsurf or kite sail, it will be child's play to learn how to surf waves!
Together with an experienced instructor, a 1-hour individual lesson is all you need to get familiar with the wing foil, even if you are starting from scratch. Come and try it out in Bari Sardo!
What we will do
The wing foil lesson takes place on the Planargia beach in Bari Sardo (NU). The instructor will hand you thecomplete equipment and give you the basics of theory, which are fundamental for any water discipline that relies on wind. If, on the other hand, you already have some experience with sailing sports, you will get straight into the water.
Contrary to popular belief, wing foil is not an alternative to kitesurfing to be preferred when there is little wind. It is more similar to windsurfing but more comfortable and easier to handle, has a faster learning process and does not require many knots of wind to be used.
If you start from scratch, you will begin using wing foil on a SUP board, then move on to a windsurfing board and finally to a specific board with a fin (similar to hydro foil).
Thanks to aone-to-one lesson, you'll quickly become familiar with the wing foil and before you know it, you'll already be able to take your first swings. Try it to believe!
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to everyone, aged 7 and up. No previous experience is necessary, just the ability to swim.

This activity takes place from May to September.
Lesson times may be affected by weather and wind conditions. Lessons are held individually.
