Take part in our yoga stay in Spoleto: the package includes overnight accommodation with breakfast and dinner and a yoga class. All in the naturalistic setting of an old country house, which promotes concentration and relaxation.
An experience to reconnect with nature, with ourselves and with the most authentic Umbria!
What we will do
Check-in is at 15: 00 at the meeting point in Spoleto (PG). Your stay takes place in an old country house converted into an agritourism, built with natural materials that dialogue with the landscape of the Umbrian hills.
On reception you will receive the keys to your double room: this consists of a double bed with linen and a private bathroom with toilet, shower, hairdryer and towels. The accommodation is equipped with heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.
During your stay, you will participate in a yoga class: in the company of a yoga teacher, you will practise postures that help you slow down, breathe and regain your balance. All this in a natural setting that encourages concentration and relaxation. The yoga class lasts about 45 minutes.
And should you wish to relax further, in fine weather you can make use of the outdoor swimming pool.
In the evening you will enjoy dinner in the hotel restaurant: the menu is set and consists of a starter, first course, main course and dessert; water and a glass of wine per person included. The menu changes seasonally according to the freshness of the products coming directly from the farm and km 0, from extra virgin olive oil to homemade jams.
The next morning you will enjoy a buffet breakfast, sweet and savoury, with local ingredients and homemade products.
Check-out is by 10: 30 am.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
