Why choose between relaxation and adventure when you can have both in the same weekend?
Stay for one night in a panoramic yurt, nestled in the hills of the Tuscan Maremma, with large windows from which to admire the landscape, fantasy-style furnishings and breakfast with local products.
And then it's off for an adventure: climb aboard a 4x4 off-road vehicle and let yourself be guided to the summit of Monte Amiata, where a chalet lunch awaits you. All in one experience, can you believe it?
What we will do
Check-in is from 16: 00 at the property in Civitella Paganico (GR). On arrival you will be welcomed by the staff at reception and taken to your accommodation "La Panoramica", located on an 85-hectare farm in the Tuscan Maremma.
Similar to a yurt in structure but with large windows from which to admire beautiful sunsets, the 'La Panoramica' accommodation is characterised by warm colours and fantasy-themed interiors. An enchanted forest of magical and surprising details, with all the comforts of glamping!
Inside you will find a double bed and a private bathroom complete with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet, organic toiletries and hairdryer. Thanks to the hot/cold air conditioning, the accommodation is pleasant all year round.
Among the small details that make all the difference: outdoor relaxation area; incense, essential oils and candles to create a relaxing atmosphere; wide selection of infusions and herbal teas; hot and cold water bottle; Wi-Fi and mini bar with drinks (extra charge) . Linen, towels and shower towels are included.
You may decide to enrich your stay with some optional activities to be paid for on site, such as an aperitif, a zero-kilometre dinner with a seasonal menu,exclusive access to the Hot Tub (larch tub with heated water) and e-bike rental to explore the surroundings.
The following morning, after a buffet breakfast served in the dining room, you will set off on an exciting 4x4 excursion exclusively guided for you to discover Monte Amiata: you will drive through chestnut and beech woods along routes not accessible by normal cars, up to the summit.
During the tour, which is about 95 km long, there will be stops at the most evocative points, naturalistic explanations, and a typical lunch in a mountain hut with an à la carte menu: usually a cutting board, first course, dessert, water, wine and coffee.
Return to the hut is expected around 3 pm. Alternatively, it is possible to carry out the excursion on the day of check-in, with departure at 10: 30 a. m. and handover of accommodation on return from the tour.
Check-out is expected by 10: 30 a. m.

The accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.

The following additional services are available, to be booked directly with the facility and paid for on site:
- aperitif served at the hotel, 20€ per couple;
- dinner in the dining room with a seasonal menu, 55€ per couple, excluding drinks;
- bivouac dinner under the stars (April to October) or in the room, 65€ per couple, excluding drinks;
- Hot Tub with exclusive access, 50€ per couple;
- e-bike rental, 20€ for half a day, 40€ for full day.
In the event of food allergies and/or intolerances, please inform the hotel in advance.
Small dogs (up to 3. 5 kg) are allowed free of charge, subject to prior notification.
The tourist tax of 2€ per person, payable locally in cash, is not included in the fee.
The property cannot be reached by public transport. On request, a shuttle service is available (10€ return per couple) from Civitella Marittima and Paganico stations. The accommodation has free parking.

What happens in case of bad weather?
The experiences included in the stay plus experience packages are subject to weather conditions. If the experience cannot take place due to bad weather or other causes of force majeure, you can choose between a refund for the experience that did not take place or rescheduling the activity for another date (if available). However, the stay cannot be refunded or rescheduled if the terms of the package cancellation policy have already expired.
Can I change the date selected for my stay?
