Health and safety come first, all the more so during a pandemic such as the one we are going through. To this end, Freedome has established guidelines to operate in full compliance with the recommendations provided by the World Health Organization and government protocols regarding the containment of COVID-19 infection.
Adherence to national and regional health protocol
All activities available for booking on Freedome strictly follow regulations issued at the national, regional and federal levels. Sports associations and freelancers agree to carry out activities in full compliance with current regulations, sanitize equipment and environments, and limit their maximum capacity.
You may be asked to measure your body temperature and provide self-certification of your health status, for the protection and safeguard of activity participants and instructors. If the temperature is 37.5° or higher, it will not be possible to carry out the activity, as per national health protocol.
In adherence to current regulations, some activities require the mandatory display of the Green Pass. All activities that due to their characteristics require the mandatory display of the Green Pass display the words “Green Pass is required for the performance of this activity” in the “Covid 19 Information” section of the activity page. Therefore, to participate, it is necessary to present the Green Pass or proof- in paper or digital form-of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. Alternatively, participants may show a negative result of a molecular swab taken 48 hours before the start of the activity. Children under the age of 12 are not required to present the Green Pass.
It is the full responsibility of the participants to comply with the Green Pass obligation. There is no refund if the scheduled activity cannot be carried out due to failure to produce the document. For more information on the Green Pass, visit the Ministry of Health website.

COVID-19 case cancellation already confirmed activity

If, on the other hand, your reservation has already been confirmed and you cannot participate in the activity because you are in isolation or quarantine, contact us at info@freedome.it. It is in our interest to protect everyone’s health and to find the best way to allow you to enjoy the experience safely. If you test positive for SARS-CoV-2, you may be asked for a medical certificate stating your medical condition.
