You've never seen a staircase like this before... at least not from the sea!
Get ready to admire the majestic Scala dei Turchi with a one-and-a-half-hour boat tour along the coast of Agrigento.
Set sail from San Leone with a skipper, enjoy the navigation and dive into the most beautiful waters of Sicily!
What we will do
The meeting point is San Leone (AG), 10 minutes before the time indicated in the booking.
Here we will meet the skipper who will welcome us on board a 6 or 9 metre boat, depending on the number of participants. Having switched on the engines and cast off the moorings, we will begin the navigation that will take us to the Scala dei Turchi.
The white cliff carved by time and the sea owes its name to the raids of Saracen pirates, commonly called "Turks" by the local population, who in the past used the natural steps of the cliff to land and plunder coastal villages.
Near the Scala dei Turchi we will make a swim stop of about 20 minutes to swim and admire this natural treasure in all its splendour from the sea!
We will conclude the excursion with a return to San Leone. The activity will last a total of 1½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The excursion is available from 10 April to 20 October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 4 people.
Depending on the number of participants, either a 6-metre boat or a 9-metre boat can be used, both equipped with an awning, cushions and a climbing ladder.
Dogs of all sizes are allowed on board.
The meeting place can be reached by public transport; free parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
