Full description

Think your routine is the only possible challenge? Put yourself to the test with an unusual experience!

With this survival experience in the province of Rome, you can immerse yourself in nature and spend 2 days learning to cope with what the environment has to offer. Together with an expert instructor, you will rediscover your primal instincts and understand the right mental approach to have in case of difficulties and unforeseen events!

What are you waiting for? Fun and adventure will not be lacking!

What we will do

The appointment is at 08: 00 at the meeting point in Gorga (RM) . Awaiting us will be the guide who will accompany us on this two-day-and-one-night adventure! After introductions and an initial briefing, we will move with our cars to the activity location and, once we arrive, we will immerse ourselves in nature to begin the experience!

The instructor will provide us with the basics of keeping our bearings and learning how to use useful tools in emergency situations. In addition, he will show us the basic steps to build a shelter. Under his supervision, we will create the shelter in which we will spend the night with tarpaulin and thermal insulation. Then we will discover techniques for lighting fires and drinking water, and we will engage in foraging, i. e. the collection of edible wild herbs and fruits.

In the evening, in front of the fire, we will experience a moment of sharing under the stars and try out trapper cooking, while the following day we will delve into the topic of emergency signalling and first aid, with a dedicated medical kit. Finally, at the end of the activities, we will return to our starting point and receive a diploma of participation.

It will be a path of resilience and inner growth, which will make us rediscover ancestral knowledge now forgotten, and will provide us with the right mental approach to learn how to deal with all unexpected events, inside and outside the forest!

The activity will last 2 days in total.
