A fantastic experience
The course is very interesting and at a basic level. Personally, I would have stayed for a few more hours because there were so many topics covered, all of which were important. The participants were all lovely young people and the guides were well-organised and helpful.

A day of growth
Yes, it was a day of personal growth for me, finding myself amongst people I didn’t know and in places that were even more unfamiliar. My fear and shyness vanished right from the start thanks to the empathy that developed, and thanks to Alessandro, who was not just a guide, but a life coach.

Reconnecting with nature
It was a fabulous experience. Thanks to Edoardo, our very knowledgeable and passionate guide, I learnt so much about plants and their properties, how to chop wood, light a fire and build a shelter (even how to build a raft!) It's amazing how eight hours completely immersed in nature flew by and how light they can make you feel.nA highly recommended experience to recharge your batteries, unplug, and learn to get by with the means that nature offers us, giving vent to all our creativity! And let's not forget the delicious lunch at the camp prepared with such care by Edoardo. Try it to believe!
