Discover Polignano a Mare from its most spectacular perspective with a boat tour among cliffs, natural caves and hidden coves!
In the company of an experienced skipper you will sail along the coastline admiring Lama Monachile, Grotta Palazzese and the most iconic views of the Apulian coastline.
During this 2-hour experience you can snorkel, relax on board and enjoy snacks and drinks on board!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in San Vito (BA) . Awaiting us will be the guide who will accompany us on our excursion along the coast of Polignano a Mare.
After embarking, we will depart from the characteristic small port of San Vito and begin our navigation, admiring the ancient local abbey, a former monastery of Benedictine monks overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
We will continue on to Lama Monachile, one of the symbolic images of Polignano a Mare, where we will make a brief stop to observe the famous bridge and the statue of Domenico Modugno. We will then continue on to Grotta Palazzese, famous for its restaurant set into the rock, with another stop for photographs and the telling of curiosities and anecdotes about the area.
On the way, we will admire the Isola dell'Eremita, habitat of the rare Corsican seagull, the small fishing port of Pastalga and the Grotta di Pozzovivo.
In the course of the experience we will make a stop of about 20 minutes for snorkelling in an area chosen according to the weather and sea conditions. Here we can swim using the masks provided on board and relax with a toast of water, tea, limoncello or prosecco, accompanied by taralli.
At the end of the excursion we will return to the San Vito marina. The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The experience is also accessible to people with motor disabilities: they are requested to inform the organisation in advance using the contact details on the booking confirmation email.

The experience takes place all year round.
The itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions, at the skipper's discretion.
The boat available for the tour is a 7-metre Open non-cabin motorboat, equipped with a descent ladder, sunshade, freshwater shower, flotation and rescue devices. It is not necessary to remain barefoot on board.
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please inform the organisers in advance at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request any alternatives to the snacks provided.
Small dogs are allowed on board.
On-site parking is available free of charge. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
