Full description
For you who love horses and the feeling of freedom of being in the saddle, here is an experience you absolutely must not miss.
This two-hour horseback ride through hills and woods around Bra, in Piedmont, is your chance to practice your favourite sport and recharge your batteries in contact with nature.
Try your hand at different gaits, from trotting to galloping, and test yourself on a challenging and enchanting course.
What we will do
The appointment is at the riding stables in Castelletto in Bra, 15 minutes before the time selected when booking. We will be welcomed by our equestrian guide, who will be ready to provide us with a helmet for the ride and give us a briefing of about 15 minutes. He will help us get acquainted with the horse and work on correct posture in the saddle.
As an equestrian guide, he will be at the head of the group the moment we leave the stables. We will go up into the surrounding hills and ride a fairly wide circuit. We will ride some stretches through the woods of Bra, in an area of lush vegetation, and we will face ascents and descents along the way.
This will give us the opportunity to try out different gaits, riding some stretches at a trot or a gallop, depending on the ground conditions. Riding in nature we can recharge our batteries and find a total understanding with our horse, becoming almost one.
At the end of our ride we will return to the stables. The activity will last approximately 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for experienced riders who can master the different gaits.
Participants aged 14 years and over and within a weight limit of 90 kg are permitted.
Minors may participate by presenting a signed release form.
Other information
The activity is available all year round, except Tuesdays.
The ride takes place subject to weather conditions and the practicability of the terrain.
Saddles for American riding are available.
