Enjoy the magnificent landscapes of Sardinia 's Wild Blue with an Abseiling adventure at Pedra Longa, the limestone bell tower that towers over the coast of Baunei, Ogliastra.
Abseiling is a discipline that involves ascending rocky ridges on foot and then abseiling down vertical walls surrounded by nature.
Together with a professional guide, you will learn the abseiling technique and enjoy yourself in total safety by living anunforgettable experience in a place that will leave you breathless!
What we will do
We will meet the guide at Pedra Longa, in Baunei (NU). Here begins the famous Selvaggio Blu route, one of the most spectacular treks in Sardinia, of which we too will have a taste with this abseiling experience.
We will begin with the handing over of harness and helmet and an introductory briefing on the activity, during which the guide will teach us the technique for safe abseiling. After that, we will set off on the approach route to Pedra Longa, an authentic natural monument 138 metres high.
As we walk along the ridge that ascends the spire, we will have the sensation of riding a white mane of rock overlooking a beautiful blue sea. Then, once at the top and well harnessed, we will begin to descend via a series of rappels, the longest of which is 25 metres, calibrated to suit everyone's pace and technique.
We will always remain high above sea level and at the end of the descent we will return to the meeting point with a 10-minute walk. The activity will last a total of four hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level and is suitable for everyone from 12 years of age. No specific requirements are required, other than being in good health and having a minimum of agility and predisposition for physical activity.

This activity is available from April to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 2 participants, subject to weather conditions and the guide's availability.
Private groups of at least 4 persons may also request to carry out the activity on days other than those indicated in the calendar.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
