25 Aug 2026 | Dry canyoning in the Forra Valle dei Matti in the province of Bergamo

What a fantastic adventure!

We had a brilliant time. We’d never had an experience like it before, and the approach was professional yet relaxed. Fabio explained clearly, several times and in detail, how best to use the equipment, how to look after it, and how to tackle the abseils whilst having fun and staying safe.nnIt was a wonderful experience and it certainly won’t be our last. There were four of us, each with our own level of fitness and familiarity with the mountains, and we were looked after individually with great care.nnIt’s an activity suitable for everyone, whilst still being challenging and requiring a minimum level of stamina.

24 Aug 2026 | Canyoning Experience on the Aventine in Palena

Go on, do it!

A brilliant experience. Punctual, well-organised, and very patient and kind. There were two guides with us – one at the front and one at the back of the group – to manage the experience. We started at 11 am and finished at 2 pm. Getting into the wetsuit was great fun for me, as I’m rather clumsy. An adrenaline-fuelled yet wonderful adventure, as everyone plays an active part in shaping the experience (I’d tried rafting years ago, but this is better). The only downside might be that for the over-50s, it could be a bit ‘dangerous’ for the knees and ankles, as the riverbed is, understandably, uneven and you might twist a joint or two. But you just need to take it slowly and feel your way along. I can’t swim, but I still managed to do everything and surprised myself. Absolutely brilliant!

22 Aug 2026 | River trekking in the Natisone river canyon in Friuli

Absolutely lovely. An experience not to be missed!

A wonderful experience, suitable for everyone...nYou find yourself immersed in the natural surroundings of the water and don’t even realise you’re floating above places you’ve seen countless times before; it’s very therapeutic – a lovely experience worth trying, suitable for both sporty and non-sporty people.nHighly recommended.
