Full description
There are those who dream of relaxation and those who are always on the lookout for thrills. If you belong to this second category of people, we have the activity for you: the Railzip descent in Ponte di Legno, in Valcamonica.
What is it? A 1.3 km course suspended 9 metres above the ground, which will allow you to slide on a rope and rail zipping through the trees to a wonderful waterfall. All while remaining comfortably seated!
So, are you ready to say goodbye to boredom and embark on this adrenaline-fuelled adventure?
What we will do
The meeting point is at Valbione in Ponte di Legno (BS), at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. To reach us, you will need to take the chairlift (not included).
After completing the formalities, you will proceed to the dressing area, where the staff will welcome you and equip you with a harness and helmet. In a seated position and with your feet suspended in the air, the descent begins!
Thanks to the electronic trolley, you will slide down the 1.3-kilometre course that includes rope and rail parts, zigzagging through the forest. At a height of about 9 metres you will even fly over a beautiful waterfall! Every turn, every moment will be an explosive mix of adrenaline and fun.
After a handful of minutes, you will finish your descent and find yourself at the foot of the chairlift. And you will look forward to sharing this exciting experience with friends and family.
Between briefing and descent, the activity lasts about 30 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, just observe the following limits:
- Single descent (Adult): from 12 years of age, with a weight between 40 kg and 100 kg and a minimum height of 140 cm.
- Downhill inpairs (Adult + Child): there is no age limit, but the total weight must not exceed 100 kg. The minimum height is 140 cm.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or present signed authorisation and a copy of the parent's ID.
The activity is not recommended for heart patients and pregnant women.

Attention. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time of the activity.
This activity can only be booked by voucher. The descent can take place from May to September.
When purchasing, you can choose between the ' Single Descent' and the 'Couples Descent' in the booking box. Please make sure to respect the required weight and height limits to ensure maximum safety.
Any accompanying persons who are not doing the descent can stay at the facility, where there is also a bar.
You can film the activity with your GoPro, if you have it, or rent a camera with a safety clip on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
