TRY AGAIN (If you’re not afraid)

Very good, extremely friendly staff. The only thing stopping me from giving it 4 stars is that they should have warned us that there was a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) just before the property, because not only us but also other people were distracted by the fact that we were in an area I wasn’t familiar with and we were all relying on Google Maps, and the restricted traffic zone is situated quite high up and isn’t immediately visible; we ended up in an area we weren’t allowed to enter. BUT PUTTING THAT ASIDE, everything was absolutely lovely and wonderful; I’ll say it again – the staff were EXTREMELY FRIENDLY.

FANTASTIC experience! We booked for a couple flight and rebooked the second flight shortly after, unique experience, super helpful staff, ABSOLUTELY to do again! Thanks to the whole team 🫶🏻 PS: Gianluigi great flying companion! 😂
