Polignano a Mare, a splendid jewel of the Apulian coast, is a must-see destination for your summer holiday. But, have you ever thought of exploring this charming village from a completely different perspective?
Immerse yourself in the magic of an Apulian sunset, experiencing it directly from the sea: on board a comfortable boat for an exciting 2-hour tour. You will enjoy the extraordinary beauty of this village while sipping a drink and savouring delicious snacks.
A perfect mix of adventure, relaxation and taste, all in the beautiful setting of Polignano a Mare.
What we will do
We will depart at 18:30 from Polignano a Mare, meeting the skipper who will accompany us on this sunset excursion about 15 minutes before setting sail.
We will then head south to explore the suggestive sea caves that open up along the coast, such as Grotta Palazzese, Grotta dell'Arcivescovo and Grotta delle Rondinelle. We will admire the picturesque old town of Polignano from a unique vantage point: the sea. We will be able to see the statue of Domenico Modugno greeting visitors from the waterfront, and the Lama Monachile bridge, which connects the two parts of the city.
During the navigation we will make two stops in two enchanting bays, one of which is the well-known Cala Incina, near Polignano. We will stop for about 20-30 minutes in each bay to enjoy a refreshing dip. For the more sporty there will also be the opportunity to try SUP, thanks to the boards provided on board.
The aperitif on board will instead be an opportunity to enjoy Apulian products: taralli, crudités, olives and other delicious snacks, accompanied by wine, water and soft drinks. While we enjoy our aperitif, we can admire the sunset over the sea, which colours the sky in shades of red, orange and purple.
When the sun has set, it will be time to return to the port after about two hours of touring.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 6 years old . Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is also accessible to people with disabilities depending on the number of people and space available.

The activity takes place from April to November and is confirmed with a minimum of 6 participants.
Theboat used is 10 m long, built in 2023, all in wood, with a shower on the stern platform, a sundeck in the bow, a sunpad, a bathroom complete with shower and WC. She reaches a speed of 8 knots. No shoes are allowed on board and you remain barefoot.
Dogs are allowed on board.
The meeting point is not accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
