Who knows the Cinque Terre better than a skipper who’s been sailing there for years?
If you’re looking for an experience that takes you on a journey of discovery through the most picturesque spots in this corner of Liguria, then all you need to do is climb aboard this traditional wooden gozzo and put yourself in the hands (or rather, at the helm! ) of our skipper.
What awaits you is a 3-hour sunset tour departing from Levanto, a refreshing dip at dusk and – of course! – a delicious aperitif made with locally sourced ingredients!
What we will do
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Levanto (SP). The skipper will be waiting for us to welcome us aboard a magnificent traditional wooden gozzo. Once all participants have gathered, we’ll cast off just as the sky begins to take on the golden hues of evening.
We’ll sail along the Cinque Terre coastline, passing the characteristic seaside villages of the Riviera, until we reach the picturesque setting of Riomaggiore. During the trip, the captain ( a local and an expert on the area) will entertain us with fascinating tales of the historical traditions and secrets of this corner of Liguria.
During the trip, we’ll stop at a sheltered cove for a swim at sunset or to do some snorkelling with the equipment provided on board, exploring the seabed in the magical fading light.
To make the atmosphere even more special, a generous selection of traditional aperitifs will be served on board. We’ll be able to enjoy organic, locally sourced Ligurian specialities, including fresh focaccia , savoury tarts, salami, local cheeses and the famous gattafin from Levanto, all whilst toasting with excellent local wine or chilled drinks.
The tour will conclude with our return to the harbour in Levanto, admiring the coastline silhouetted against the first lights of the evening. The excursion will last approximately 3 hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions; those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children aged 1 year and under participate free of charge.
The boat is not accessible to wheelchair users and/or people with reduced mobility.
Other information
The activity runs from March to October and is confirmed provided there is a minimum of 2 participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.The start time of the excursion may vary by +/- 30 minutes depending on the time of sunset to ensure the best possible sailing experience.
The boat used is a 10-metre wooden gozzo, equipped with a sun deck, cushions, a shower, a fridge, an awning and USB sockets. You must remove your shoes whilst on board.

Dogs are welcome on board upon request ( maximum 1 dog per tour) .
Paid parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
