Relaxation sometimes goes Bzzz.
With this beekeeping experience in the province of Rome, you will spend 50 minutes in a wellness apiary and relax to the buzzing of bees and the scent of honey.
Finally, you can have a tasting of the beehive's products and discover how they can contribute to your well-being!
What we will do
The meeting point is Subiaco (RM), in the beautiful Simbruini Mountains, where your guide will be waiting for you.
After an initial welcome, you will be escorted to an apiary of well-being, a facility where you can practise apitherapy and regain a state of well-being. In the apiary, in fact, you can hear a constant buzzing sound, known as Bee humming, at a frequency of 432 Hz and capable of aiding relaxation. In addition, a very pleasant scent can be breathed in, derived from the molecules of propolis, pollen, honey, wax and essential oils and coming from the hives.
During the first 20 minutes, the guide will give you a brief introduction on Apisound and Apiaromatherapy and offer you a guided breathing moment to promote relaxation. Then, he will leave you alone for 20 minutes to allow you to enjoy the peace of nature, with its sounds and scents.
Finally, you will be offered a herbal tea (included) and, while you are sipping it, you can taste the products of the beehive (included) : royal jelly, pollen, wax, propolis, honey and bee venom. You will taste them all while your guide explains how you can use these products to improve your state of well-being.
The activity will last a total of 50 minutes and will allow you to come into contact with a unique and surprising reality!
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 12. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The experience is not wheelchair accessible, but people with walking difficulties are welcome.

The activity is available all year round.
There will be a sales point not far from the activity location, where it will be possible to buy bee farm products.

The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport, while free parking spaces are available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
