Try a truly incredible experience in one of the most beautiful places in Italy, theMaddalena Archipelago.
Apnea is a fascinating discipline, which involves diving without the aid of tanks. You will test your limits and experience weightlessness in complete freedom.
You will learn how to manage your mind and body while freediving, with a half-day boat trip with a professional instructor. The Maddalena archipelago is waiting for you!
What we will do
The rendezvous is at the diving centre in Baja Sardinia, in the province of Sassari at 8:20 or 14:50. Upon arrival, we will be welcomed by the staff and, once the group is formed, we will reach the boarding point.
We will then be given thenecessary equipment and, once we are ready, after about 15 minutes we will reach the dive point with the diving transfer. Here the instructor will conduct a comprehensive briefing, during which he will give us all the necessary information for the free-diving test.
Together with him we will experience targeted exercises in the water, in complete safety and tranquillity. We will learn to manage mind and body in a fascinating activity, in which we will feel as if we are flying in the water! These incredible sensations will be further amplified by the beauty of the landscape that surrounds us.
Once back on board, a snack with snacks and drinks (included) will await us. At the end of the activity, we will return by boat to the private diving pier.
The experience will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 12. Swimming skills and confidence in the water are necessary.
Other information
The activity can be booked from May to October, subject to weather and sea conditions.
This experience consists of the first lesson of the course and gives access, for those interested, to the 1st level Skin Diver course.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
