Group balloon flight in Caserta

Flying in a hot-air balloon is an extraordinary experience, to be experienced at least once in a lifetime. And to do it for the first time over beautiful Caserta, is something incredible.

During the hour-long flight, your eyes will sweep from the streets and palaces of the city to the imposing Reggia di Caserta, an architectural masterpiece, and the surrounding green countryside.

But the experience doesn't end there: once we touch down, we will welcome you with delicious refreshments: because great emotions, you know, should be celebrated! Toast, laugh and tell: Caserta, seen from the sky, will be a tale you will want to share forever.

What we will do

We will meet at the designated take-off site, near Caserta. The meeting will be early in the morning to take advantage of the best thermal conditions of the day. If you wish to immerse yourself in the experience right from the start, taking the opportunity to watch the balloon inflate, we suggest you join us in advance.

Once you are ready, we will conduct a short briefing to provide you with all the necessary information for the flight, and you will then board the wicker basket. An experienced pilot will guide you through the Caserta skies, ensuring a safe and unforgettable experience. And yes, you might even be able to see your home from above, if the wind will allow it!

From above we will admire the city, with its Royal Palace of Caserta, but there will also be glimpses of the surrounding streets, parks and countryside. The route will be dictated by the currents of the day, making each flight unique.

After about an hour's flight, we will prepare forlanding. A team will already be on site, ready to welcome us. Once on the ground, we will be taken to alocal company (about 15 minutes away) for refreshments and a final toast.

Finally, you will be escorted back to the starting point. The overall experience, including briefing, flight, transfers and convivial moments, will last approximately 3 hours.

Who it is aimed at

Hot air ballooning is a suitable activity for anyone over 130 cm tall and weighing a maximum of 130 kg (there is a surcharge for weight over 95 kg).

Minors must be accompanied throughout the activity by a parent or legal guardian.

For safety reasons, pregnant women, people with reduced mobility or injuries that prevent them from climbing independently onto the wicker basket; people with heart problems and people who have dived in the 24 hours prior to the flight or who have recently undergone invasive surgery are not allowed to fly.

Other information

The flight takes place all year round, weather permitting. The landscapes that can be seen during the flight may vary, as the direction of the balloon trip depends on which way the wind is blowing.

The activity is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.

Important: the take-off time may vary depending on the period chosen. On the day before the activity, you will receive confirmation from the pilot of the exact meeting time and location.

Breakfast includes sweet and savoury food, such as yoghurt and cappuccino, as well as typical local products. Any allergies and intolerances must be reported to the organiser in advance (you will receive contact details by e-mail with your booking confirmation).

Small items such as smartphones and small video cameras are allowed on board.

Animals are not allowed on board the hot-air balloon.
