Have you always dreamt of diving deep to admire the seabed?
Discover the world of scuba diving with a sea baptism at Capo Carbonara in Sardinia. Guided by an experienced instructor, you will learn breathing and safety techniques and then dive, equipped with scuba diving gear, to a depth of 5 metres.
It will be an unforgettable experience!
What we will do
We will meet in Villasimius, at our diving centre, at the time chosen for the activity.
After welcoming all participants, we will board the rubber dinghy that will take us to theCapo Carbonara marine protected area, where our "sea baptism" will take place.
Once at the site chosen for the dive, we will give a short theoretical introduction to explain the basics of diving, safety rules, and practical advice on what to do once in the water.
Afterwards, we will put on our diving equipment and, one by one, we will descend into the sea to start breathing on the surface. Guided by our instructor we will dive to a maximum of 5 metres for about 20 minutes. On the seabed we will have the chance to see snappers, barracudas, groupers, golden croakers and larger fish: an underwater world of total beauty.
During breaks or while waiting for our turn to dive, we will be able to relax on the dinghy and admire the beautiful panorama ofthe Capo Carbonara marine area, amid crystal-clear waters and lush nature.
Theexperience will last about 4 hours, of which 3 hours at sea.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at everyone, especially beginners without a licence, from the age of 8.
Itis not necessary to know how to swim, but it is necessary to be familiar with the water.
Prior to the activity, each participant must fill out a form certifying that they are in good health and fit to dive. In the case of minors, the form must be completed by their parents.
Other information
The activity takes place every day from 15 May to 15 October, subject to weather and sea conditions.
It starts in groups of 1 to 20 participants, accompanied by an experienced instructor who will follow each student on a1-to-1 dive.
Minors aged between 8 and 10 can dive to a maximum depth of 2 metres for physiological reasons. The presence of an adult during the activity is not required. Should parents wish to participate as accompanying persons, please inform the organisers at the contact details given in the booking confirmation.
Alldiving equipment is provided, including wetsuit, tank, ballast, inflatable jacket and regulator.
On request, a free pick-up service can be arranged within 5 km of Villasimius.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
