Do you want to explore an unknown world, get to know new animal species and fall in love with sights you have never seen before?
No need to book a trip to the moon. All you need is this 3-hour sea baptism experience on the Argentario!
So, are you ready to discover the wonders of the Tuscan seabed? We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The meeting will take place at the diving centre in Porto Santo Stefano (GR), 10 minutes before the time indicated in the booking.
Waiting for us will be SSI instructors who will lead us to discover the wonderful seabed of the Argentario. First, we will participate in a short theoretical introduction, during which we will begin to familiarise ourselves with the gestures and techniques that will be useful to us once in the water.
Armed with our knowledge, we will put on ourfull equipment to prepare for our first dive. A dedicated instructor will be present for each pair of people at most, to ensure asafe, personalised and unforgettableexperience.
At this point we will move on to the action: if the beach is not too crowded, we can dive directly from the shoreline, otherwise, if there are too many people to get in the way, we will go out to sea in an inflatable boat.
Having reached the dive site at a depth of around 6 metres, it will be time to start exploring: constantly supervised by our instructors, we will be free to experiment for around 30 minutes, with the peace of mind that only the supervision of a team of experienced divers can guarantee!
What we will admire underwater will be a wonderful surprise, as the Argentario is home to countless marvellous animal species: moray eels, groupers, sea breams, octopuses, nudibranches, sunfish, barracudas, seahorses... we will have a whole world to discover!
Some of us will settle in straight away, others will need more support: no problem, this activity allows every aspiring diver to have a wonderful sea-baptism experience at their own pace!
To reward us, the staff will also prepare a delicious snack of pizza or bread and Nutella, to be enjoyed while thinking back to the wonders admired during our underwater adventure.
At the end of our dive, we will return to the diving centre. The total duration of the activity will be about 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age. Children under 18 can participate with a signed release form or accompanied by a responsible adult.
For the activity to take place, it is necessary to be in a state of good health, not having heart, blood pressure or respiratory problems.
Other information
The activity is available all year round, every day.
A 9-metre-long and 2.40-metre-wide rubber dinghy will be used, which is fully covered by an awning and therefore suitable for all climates and seasons.
There is a storage room at the diving centre where you can leave your personal belongings; hot showers and toilets are also available.
No gastronomic alternatives are available for people with allergies or intolerances.
Please note! It is not possible to fly 24 hours after the dive.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; free parking is available nearby.

The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
