Full description
Learn the basics ofsport climbing with a 4-hour lesson on Lake Garda and discover an exciting discipline that will allow you to experience nature from a unique perspective.
You will take lessons together with Alpine Guides who will take you to the best climbing walls of Lake Garda, in the area of Tremosine, on the Brescia side.
You will practice basic techniques in total safety. Get ready to get your hands on the rock and take your first steps upwards!
What we will do
We will meet the guide in Tremosine (BS), on the Lombardy side of Lake Garda, and together we will move to the spot selected for the activity (the guide will identify the most suitable spot based on level and other conditions).
The lesson will begin with a theoretical briefing on the basics of climbing and an overview of the equipment to be used (included in the participation fee). It will then continue with propaedeutic exercises and the practice of fundamental techniques that will allow us to take our first steps on the rock.
Finally, part of the lesson will be devoted to safety and the protection of companions, an essential aspect of any outing in nature.
In total, the activity will last approximately four hours.

This activity is suitable for anyone who wants to learn the basics of climbing. No experience is required, but you must be in good physical shape. You can participate from the age of 10 and up.

The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
