Yoga and Climbing – absolutely brilliant!

An absolutely brilliant experience! Giovanni and Claudia are top-class instructors, both professionally and in terms of their interpersonal skills. After an initial yoga session where we learnt lots of lovely stretching and warm-up poses by the river with the brilliant Claudia, we set off with Giovanni on our first climb on a practice rock face, taking our first steps safely whilst being encouraged to give it our all. We then moved on to more challenging walls until we reached the 25-metre wall. Absolutely mad! The experience included a brief theoretical demonstration on climbing techniques.

A truly wonderful and exciting experience. Suitable for beginners too. The guide was incredibly kind and patient. Highly recommended for enjoying a bit of a change of pace outdoors.

First climb!!!

Really great first climbing experience! Enrico was super helpful and good at explaining everything even to people starting from scratch. I felt comfortable and safe straight away. Fun, challenging and much more engaging activity than I imagined. I'll definitely be back to do it again!
