Full description
Get ready to discover the world of kitesurfing with a 3-day basic course in Malcesine, on Lake Garda.
You will glide, board at your feet, on the surface of the water, towed by a kite in the direction of the wind, experiencing an incredible sense of freedom.
Following the teachings of certified instructors , you will have a 3-hour lesson each day, learning to manoeuvre a kitesurf independently.
What we will do
Lessons will take place at the meeting point in Malcesine, where you will arrive 30 minutes before the time indicated in your booking. Here you will be welcomed by the staff who will provide you with all the necessaryequipment.
You will carry out a theoretical part to get to know the new instruments, understand the various gaits and recognise the ideal weather conditions.
The practical part begins with exercises on land, useful for acquiring the right familiarity and sensitivity with the kite in view of entering the water. After the preparatory exercises, always accompanied by the instructor, you will reach a spot in the dinghy with optimal wind and finally take your first steps on the board.
You will progress more and more and, at the end of the course, after only three days, you will be able to handle the kitesurfing equipment and glide over the water independently. Our instructors will give you all the help you need to become a real kitesurfer!
The three lessons do not necessarily take place on three consecutive days. You choose the date of the first lesson and for the others you will make arrangements directly with the instructor according to your needs.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level and does not require previous kitesurfing experience.
The minimum age is 14 years. Good physical condition and the ability to swim at least 50 metres is required.
Minors may participate by presenting a written consent signed by their parents. Otherwise, the guide will not allow participants to take part in the activity or obtain reimbursement.
Other information
The activity is available from April to November, depending on school availability and weather conditions. Schedules may vary depending on wind conditions.
