If you think you're good at work, you've never seen bees in action!
With this 3-hour experience in the province of Fermo, you will put on the shoes of a beekeeper and discover the world of bees together with a guide. You will observe the hives up close, learn to recognise the queen bee and participate in a delicious honey tasting!

What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Sant'Elpidio a Mare (FM), where our guide will be waiting for us, ready to take us on a discovery of the world of bees! We will begin with a 30-minute introduction on the farm, its values and the products it deals with, including truffles and saffron.
Then we will talk about bees, how they live in today's environment and how they work. And to gain a better understanding, we will don the beekeeper's suit (included) and move into the apiary, where we will open a beehive and observe the hive up close.
After about an hour in the role of a beekeeper, we will take off our overalls and head to the farm's laboratory, where we will participate in a guided tasting of different varieties of honey, including acacia, chestnut, cherry and the very rare ailanthus. We will also taste a special drink made from ailanthus to refresh ourselves before concluding the activity.
Finally, if we wish, we can drop by the farm shop to take home some of this natural sweetness.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from the age of 6. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The activity is not accessible to people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.

The experience takes place from April to October and is confirmed when a minimum number of 4 participants is reached.
Leashed dogs are permitted.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
