Not even the beekeeper's suit can hide your smile as you discover the world of bees!
With this 2-hour experience in the province of Pavia, you can turn yourself into a real expert in the field and take care of these fascinating insects together with a guide. You will learn the secrets of the beehive, observe the laborious life of worker bees and even taste the honey produced!
It will be a sweet and rejuvenating experience that will recharge your batteries away from the stress of the city!
What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Casteggio (PV). Awaiting us will be our guide, ready to reveal everything that goes on behind the scenes of a honey jar!
We will start with a 30-minute briefing in which we will discover the importance of bees for the ecosystem, their daily tasks, their organisation and how they interact. Then, once we are ready, we will don our protective suits (included) to observe our new friends up close: we will open a hive together, look for the mysterious queen bee and taste the honey produced by the tireless worker bees.
Afterwards, we will experience a moment of pure relaxation by spending 15 minutes in the sensory be ehive: a special little house, surrounded by beehives, where we can practise apirespiro, inhaling the balsamic scents of propolis and wax, and apifrequency, letting ourselves be lulled by the harmonious buzzing of the bees.
We will end the experience with a delicious tasting of artisanal honey, produced on site. Our guide will explain how aromas and intensity vary according to the season and the bloom visited by the bees, taking us on an unforgettable sensory journey.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from the age of 4. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, while from 14 to 17 a signed waiver is sufficient.
The activity is accessible to persons with reduced mobility, as long as they are able to wear a protective suit. Please contact the activity organisers in advance to inform them of your presence.

The experience takes place from April to September, at weekends, and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
Dogs are allowed but are not allowed inside the sensory hive.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
