Want to sweeten your routine? The bees are on it!
With this 1. 5-hour experience in the province of Treviso you can transform yourself into a beekeeper for a day, walk through nature and enter a real apiary!
Finally, you will enjoy a delicious honey-based snack!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Volpago del Montello (TV) . Our guide will be waiting for us, who will accompany us to discover the world of bees. We will begin with a theoretical explanation lasting about 30 minutes: thanks to an educational beehive, we will learn about the roles of the queen bee, the drones and the tireless worker bees.
After learning the basics, we will get into the swing of things! We will put on the beekeeper's mask (included) and enter the apiary. Here we will observe the foraging bees coming and going from the hives and hear some more interesting facts about their organisation.
We will then continue with a relaxing walk through the olive groves, which will give us the chance to explore a little of the grounds of this magnificent estate.
And to end on a sweet note, a tasty snack of bread made with ancient grain flour and honey (acacia, chestnut or millefiori) , both locally produced, will await us.
The activity will last a total of one and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The activity is accessible to people in wheelchairs or with walking difficulties.
It is essential to report any allergies to bees or other specific needs in advance by contacting the organisers at the contact details on your booking confirmation email.

The experience takes place from March to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 5 participants.

Dogs are allowed if kept on a leash, but are not allowed in the apiary.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
