An IMPAVID beer: exactly like its creators, Serena and Raimonda, who gave life (and shape) to this brewery in the heart of Alto Garda.
Come and discover this unique reality in Arco, where a guided tour through the heart of production awaits you to touch the 'craft revolution' and a tasting of 4 craft beers accompanied by snacks in a cosy taproom between the mountains and the lake!
What we will do
The appointment is at 17: 00 at the IMPAVIDA Brewery in Arco (TN), in the setting of Alto Garda, a special place nestled between the mountains and Lake Garda. We will be welcomed by our guide, ready to take us on a tour inside the production plant.
We will visit the mill, where the milling of barley takes place, the cooking room and the cellar. The guide will reveal the secrets of creating American-inspired recipes, from the choice of hops to the selection of the most original yeasts. We will have the opportunity to discover how an industrial space has been transformed into an avant-garde destination for enthusiasts. The tour of the production area will last about 20 minutes.
We will then move to the Taproom, an informal environment where we can relax in front of the bar. Here the actual tasting will await us: we will be able to choose four craft beers (0. 15 cl each) , each one described in detail to appreciate its nuances and style. The tasting will be accompanied by snacks such as taralli and chips.
The experience will last about 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 years and over. Beer tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons may participate in the experience free of charge, by indicating their presence when booking.
The facility is accessible to wheelchair users and pushchairs.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 participants.
Options are available for people with food allergies and intolerances : gluten-free options are available on request.
Dogs are welcome in the Taproom, but for hygienic reasons are not allowed in the production area.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
