Birthday present
Last Sunday I had the chance to go for a horse ride through the picturesque landscapes of the Prosecco hills. I was able to immerse myself in the woods, the countryside and the vineyards, all in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. For anyone who, like me, loves nature, these late-summer colours were spectacular. Michele, our guide, put us at ease, which is really important for people who, like me, were experiencing this for the first time. There are also other animals at the ranch, all very well looked after. At the end of the ride, I had the pleasure of enjoying a tasting at the nearby agriturismo, which offers excellent home-cooked food made with authentic, wholesome ingredients. It’s an experience I highly recommend and one I hope to repeat.

Horse-riding excursion in the Alcantara Valley and a visit to a local winery
A very interesting experience, with the first part of the day devoted to a horse-riding excursion (rediscovering those slow rhythms we so desperately need in today’s society) in a truly captivating natural setting; the second part was devoted to a visit to the Tornatore winery, where the pursuit of quality in the finished product goes hand in hand with a deep knowledge of the local area and a love for the land that allows it to be showcased to the full. Overall, the experience was well worth the price, and these days it’s by no means easy to find such a good deal for the customer. Well done on the package – it’s very well put together.

To have had...
Spending time with the farm animals was a real pleasure. Alessandro and the goats were incredibly patient with us.nThe tasting was excellent and plentiful.nThe rooms were clean. They were very kind to allow us a late check-out.nIt was just a shame that when it was time to leave, we couldn’t find anyone to thank, say goodbye to, or perhaps buy a few products from.

An authentic experience to learn more about the world of bees and honey
A highly educational experience into the fascinating world of bees and honey production (and a whole host of other products). The guide, Rossano, and his whole family have a genuine passion for this world, which shines through throughout the entire experience. The aperitif and honey tasting were spectacular! At the end, you can buy honey and other products. After the tasting, we simply couldn’t resist. A special mention goes to the ailanthus honey, the highlight of the experience.

Me and the...
My boyfriend and I had a unique and authentic experience. The farmers welcomed us straight away with some lemon and mint-flavoured water. They were friendly and polite, and told us how they grow their vegetables and how the animals live on the farm. Afterwards, we went into the donkeys’ enclosure to cuddle and brush them. At the end of the tour, we were treated to their local, organic produce – straight from the farm! If you’re looking for somewhere to switch off and relax in nature, I’d highly recommend coming here. Thank you so much🤍🫏

Dimitri showed us the key stages of the beer-making process, from the hop garden right through to a tasting of four delicious beers! nBehind this family-run business, you can really sense a great deal of passion and love not only for the final product but also for the customer
