Very high, very pure and. .. delicious! Come and taste the highest beer in Europe, brewed entirely by the Livigno Brewery at an altitude of 1816 metres!
An experience in which you will visit the production laboratory, the cellar and have 8 beer tastings accompanied by typical local products. All, of course, in the company of a beer sommelier!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Livigno Brewery, located in the town centre of Livigno (SO) .
Here we will get acquainted with the guide and beer sommelier who will welcome us to the highest beer house in Europe! Here, in fact, beer is brewed at 1816 metres above sea level in the brewery's adjoining brewhouse .
We will learn how beer is brewed, through a visit to the brewing plant and an explanation of the various machines involved in the mashing, filtering and bottling process. We will also visit the cellar below the brewery, where the 'magic' of fermentation takes place.
From theory we will then move on to 'practice' by returning to the brewery for the guided tasting! We will do no fewer than 8 beer tastings, accompanied by a selection of the brewery's typical products , designed to bring out the best of the aromas of each beer on offer. It will be a real taste journey that will take us from salty to sweet!
The experience will last a total of about 1 hour and 15 minutes .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over, as the beer tasting is reserved for participants aged 18 and over. Any accompanying under-age participants can participate at a reduced cost of €20. 00 and will be served a soft drink and accompanying cheese board.
The facility is wheelchair accessible with the exception of the cellar.

The activity takes place from December to April and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Free and/or paid parking spaces are available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Dogs are allowed during the tasting, while they are not allowed during the workshop and cellar visit, for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
