To Saturday night pizza, we prefer a dinner with craft beer tasting. And maybe, if you happened to be here, so do you!
Discover the surprising taste of beer from the Oi agricultural brewery, located in the Oglio Park amidst fields of barley and hops. Together with a guide and sommelier, you will learn about the production process of farmhouse beer starting with the raw materials.
Finally, you can enjoy the beer at lunch or dinner, during a guided tasting accompanied by traditional dishes.
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Oi agri-brewery, located in the setting of the Oglio Nord Park, a few steps from the Oglio River. Awaiting us will be the guide, ready to lead us to discover the method of producing farmhouse beer.
The tour will begin in the fields surrounding the brewery, where cereals and hops are cultivated, with an in-depth look at the raw materials used for beer production, including water from the well.
Afterwards, we will enter the production plant, where we will learn about all the various production stages up to the slow refermentation in the bottle. The result is unfiltered and unpasteurised beers, rich in flavour and aroma.
It will then be time for a tasting session with lunch or dinner (depending on the time of day selected) , which may take place inside or in the brewery's outdoor courtyard, depending on the season.
We will taste 4 farmhouse beers, accompanied by a menu of local products: starter, first or second course of your choice and dessert, which may vary according to the season. Each beer will be accompanied by an explanation from the master brewer , who will describe its characteristics and aromatic scents.
The experience will last about 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18-year-olds and over, as beer tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons are allowed on request: contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to indicate their possible presence and to find out the dedicated rate.
The tour route and the facility are wheelchair and pushchair accessible .

The experience is available all year round and is confirmed on reaching a minimum of 2 participants.
Dogs are allowed during the visit.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport but is easily accessible by bicycle via the Parco Oglio cycle path .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
