Craft beer tasting on a farm in Chiusi in Val di Chiana

Prepare yourself for a beer tasting that will be a true 'ecstasy' for the palate: you will taste no less than five craft beers from the Venus line, unfiltered and unpasteurised, each with a unique character that tells of the biodiversity of the Val di Chiana.

And because at Azienda Agricola Nenci things are done on a grand scale, each glass will be accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and cheeses so generous as to make this moment a true ritual of pleasure!

What we will do

The appointment is at the selected time at the Azienda Agricola Nenci in Chiusi (SI) , in the beautiful setting of the Val di Chiana. We will be welcomed by the guide who will open the doors of this family-run business.

We will be seated in the tasting room, where we will immediately feel the welcoming atmosphere of a company where work in the fields is interwoven with daily life. Here will begin the story of the company's transformation, which has gone through an important generational leap that has led to the creation of unique agricultural beers, brewed with raw materials grown directly on site.

The tasting will include five craft beers from the Venere line. These are live, unpasteurised beers, ranging from the citrusy freshness of 'Gioia' to the spicy depth of 'Desiderio', to the softness of 'Sorriso'. Each beer is a tribute to the territory and the quest for absolute quality, the stylistic hallmark of this family that has been able to innovate without ever betraying its rural roots.

To make the experience complete, the tasting will be accompanied by a rich platter composed of local gastronomic excellences, such as cured meats and cheeses from the territory, as well as bread seasoned with home-produced EVO oil. It will be a moment of authentic sharing, where we will be able to confront ourselves directly with those who think about beer, produce it and love it, discovering the true spirit of the Val di Chiana.

The experience will last about 2 hours in total .

Who it is aimed at

The activity is recommended from the age of 18.

Beer tasting is reserved for under-age participants. Any under-age or abstemious persons will be offered a non-alcoholic substitute drink and a chopping board. For children , a dedicated menu is available at €20. 00 which includes a drink + a plate of pasta with tomato sauce: contact the organiser at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to advise of the presence of any children.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, including the toilets.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 persons.

On request, it is possible to request a tour of the farm at a total price of €100. 00 per person.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by bus, but it is preferable to arrive by your own means.
