Did someone say beer by the river? Almost, we would say more river beer!
Visiting the Oi farm's brewery, you will discover all the flavour of real farm beer born in the fields of the Oglio Park, a stone's throw from where the river flows.
A 1. 5-hour experience that will end with a tasting of 4 beers accompanied by a board of local products!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Oi farm brewery, located in the setting of the Oglio Nord Park, a few steps from the loops of the Oglio River. Awaiting us will be the guide, ready to lead us to discover the world of farmhouse beer and the brewery.
The tour will begin in the fields surrounding the farm, where cereals and hops are cultivated, with an in-depth look at the raw materials used in the production of beer, including water from the well.
Afterwards, we will enter the brewery to visit the production plant, where we will learn about all the various production stages up to the slow refermentation in the bottle. The result is unfiltered and unpasteurised beers, rich in flavour and aroma.
It will then be tasting time, which can take place inside or in the brewery's outdoor courtyard, depending on the season. We will taste 4 farmhouse beers, served together with a platter of cold meats and focaccia. Each beer will be accompanied by an explanation from the brewmaster who will describe its characteristics and aromatic scents.
The experience will last about 1½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18-year-olds and over, as beer tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons are allowed on request: please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate their possible presence.
The tour route and the facility are wheelchair and pushchair accessible .

There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport but can be easily reached by bicycle via the Parco Oglio cycle path .

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
