Beer tasting with farmhouse visit in the province of Milan

From the field to the bottle: this is the premise (and the promise! ) of Cascina La Morosina, where beer is brewed entirely within the walls of the brewery using raw materials from the farm.

An appointment not to be missed, during which you will discover the secrets of real farmhouse beer just a stone's throw from Milan!

What we will do

The meeting point is 10 minutes before 11 a. m. at Cascina Morosina, located in Abbiategrasso (MI) .

We will be welcomed by our guide , who will give us an introductory explanation of the outside of the farm, where the raw materials (wheat, barley and hops) from which the beer is made are cultivated .

We will then take a tour inside the brewery's production plant; the machines will not be in operation but the guide will explain to us step by step how a beer is created, going through a process that literally goes "from the earth to the glass".

At the end of the visit we will move to the farm's restaurant for a tasting of 3 types of beer, each accompanied by a sampling of products from the farm (e. g. crackers, baked goods, vegetables) .

The experience will last about 1. 5 hours in total .

The experience is recommended for participants over 18 years of age.

The entire facility is wheelchair-accessible as well as stroller-accessible .

Other information

Tasting takes place once a month (except in January and August) with continuously changing availability.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

Dogs are not allowed during the visit.
