Do you dream of feeling like a real captain without the hassle of a boat licence? In Lavagna, Liguria, you can finally take the helm of a splendid 40 CV motorboat.
This fantastic boat can accommodate up to 7 people, making it ideal for exploring the breathtaking scenery between Portofino and Sestri Levante with friends, whether for half a day or a full day.
What we will do
Please arrive 20 minutes before the time stated at the meeting point in Lavagna (GE).
Here, the charter operator will hand over the boat to you, explaining everything you need to know about operating it and the rules for safe sailing.
You’ll board a comfortable Trimarchi 57S, 5. 70 metres long and 2. 20 metres wide, fitted with a high-performance 40 CV engine. The boat can be operated entirely independently without a boat licence and features a cool sun awning , a Bluetooth stereo , a freshwater shower and a convenient boarding ladder .
Once you’re ready to set sail, you can chart your own course in the Gulf of Tigullio. You’ll be advised on the best routes to the spectacular Baia del Silenzio or the Portofino marine area, whilst being briefed on local navigation rules.
At the end of the experience, you’ll need to return the boat to the starting point. When booking, you can choose between a 4-hour or 8-hour hire.
Who it is aimed at
The boat is ideal for private groups of up to 7 people.
No boat licence is required to operate the boat; you simply need to be over 18. There are no age restrictions for passengers.
The boat is not accessible to wheelchair users and/or people with reduced mobility.
Other information
The boat is available for hire from May to October.
Please note: fuel is not included in the hire price and must be paid for on return, based on consumption (in cash or by credit card) .
Dogs are allowed on board.
The meeting point is accessible by public transport; there are both free and paid parking spaces on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
