Full description
Rent a 25 hp motor boat and sail on Lake Orta in the company of friends or family.
Starting from Omegna, in the province of Verbania, you will sail along an itinerary of your choice. You can head for theIsland of San Giulio or the village in front of it, the enchanting Orta San Giulio, admire one of the lakeside villages such as Pettenasco and Pella, or dive into the clear, clean waters.
Whatever you decide to do, Lake Orta will captivate you with its landscape, characteristic villages and atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. So, are you ready to set sail?
What we will do
The rendezvous is on the lakeside in Omegna (VB), where our skipper will hand you over the motor boat, explaining everything you need to know about its handling and the rules for safe navigation.
Once you are ready to set sail, you will begin the tour of Lake Orta. You will sail to the village of Orta San Giulio, the pearl of the lake, and the picturesque Island of San Giulio, which is nicknamed 'the island of silence' for the peace that reigns there. You can also stop at your favourite spots for a dip and a swim in the clear waters of the lake.
The boat does not require a licence and is comfortable and easy to drive. It is equipped with a fibreglass hull, awning, cushions, sundeck, ladder for easy access to the water and all safety devices.
When booking, you can choose between a 3, 6 or 8-hour charter.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit.
A licence is not required to drive the boat, you only need to be of legal age.

The boat can be hired from April to October and can accommodate up to 5 people.
You can choose the 3-, 6- or 8-hour option. Select your preference in the booking box.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; there are free and paid parking spaces on site.
Important: fuel is not included in the fee and will be payable on return according to consumption.
Dogs are not allowed on board.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
