Have you ever dreamed of flying? In Polignano a Mare you don't need wings, just humming Domenico Modugno!
Set sail for a 2-hour boat trip along one of Puglia's most iconic coastlines, between Lama Monachile and Grotta Palazzese. Guided by a skipper with music in his blood, you will discover that each cave has its own rhythm and each cove a story to tell.
And, of course, there will be room for a toast on board with prosecco and taralli baresi!
What we will do
We will meet in Polignano a Mare (BA), 20 minutes before the time chosen for the tour. Awaiting us will be the skipper who will lead us to discover the coastline.
Once on board, we will begin our navigation starting from Lama Monachile, the most famous spot in town, to admire the houses built directly on the rock. We will continue on to Grotta Palazzese and Grotta delle Monache, listening to the skipper's tales of local history and of Domenico Modugno, the singer-songwriter of Volare whose statue overlooks the Polignano sea.
We will sail south to explore the islet of the Eremita, Cala Port'Alga, Grotta dei Colombi, Grotta Piana and Grotta Sella, pushing on to Cala Incina if weather conditions permit.
During the excursion we will make a bathing stop of about 30 minutes at one of the most scenic spots on the route, where we can dive directly from the boat. The skipper will choose the best spot to ensure safety and tranquillity for the whole group.
While we relax in the sun, it will be time for an Apulian-style toast with prosecco, soft drinks and classic tarallini. At the end of the excursion, we will return to the starting point.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone without age limits; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but staff can support any passengers with slight mobility difficulties in boarding.

The activity takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary according to weather and sea conditions at the skipper's discretion.
The boat used will be a motorboat between 6. 70 and 8 metres (Blue Moon Elegance or Blue Moon Arabesque, depending on availability) , equipped with a sun canopy, freshwater shower, climbing ladder and cushions; the Arabesque model also has a toilet and refrigerator. On board you stay without shoes.

Dogs are welcome on board.
Free parking spaces are available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport or local transport services (ape calessino/tuk tuk) .

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
