Discover the natural beauty of Polignano a Mare, the ‘town perched above the sea’, on a fantastic boat trip!
Only from the sea can you truly admire the full contours of the Polignano coastline, with its hidden coves and enchanting caves rising from the crystal-clear water.
Let yourself be captivated by the play of light in the Grotta Azzurra, take a dip near the famous Grotta Palazzese and enjoy a final toast with Prosecco. We look forward to seeing you!
What we will do
We’ll meet up with the skipper in San Vito, a hamlet of Polignano a Mare, 15 minutes before the scheduled time . Once everyone is settled on board, we’ll set off to explore the sea caves.
We’ll sail along the rocky coastline of Polignano a Mare, admiring its unique formations from the sea. We’ll explore hidden caves and inlets that rise out of the water and, thanks to the size of the boat, we’ll even be able to sail right into them and admire them from the inside.
We’ll admire Grotta Ardito, with its imposing ‘Pillar of Hercules’; Grotta degli Innamorati, so named for its distinctive heart-shaped formation; Grotta Azzurra; and Grotta Palazzese, the largest and most famous cave in Polignano. We’ll stop at the latter to take a dip in the crystal-clear waters and enjoy a pleasant swim.
We’ll also see the charming and secluded Scoglio dell’Eremita and one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, Cala Paura. Finally, the skipper will treat us to an aperitif with Apulian taralli and flutes of Prosecco to toast this magnificent experience.
The excursion lasts 2 hours and ends with our return to the starting point.

The boat is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
