Full description
The best way to relax is to join a boat tour, especially if you are visiting the Golfo dei Poeti, one of the most beautiful areas of Liguria.
This 4-hour excursion will take you to discover the centuries-old tradition of mussel and oyster cultivation in La Spezia, as well as natural wonders such as the Byron cave and the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto.
Between a swim stop and a panorama to admire, there will be no lack of space for taste, with a gourmet aperitif of seafood and local wines to top it all off.
What we will do
The rendezvous is in La Spezia, 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The crew will welcome us on board Matilde, a comfortable 9 m motorboat. Once we leave the harbour, we will head towards Portovenere. We will pass under the Church of San Pietro, located overhanging the sea, and near the famous Grotta Byron.
The tour will continue to the island of Palmaria, just opposite Portovenere, and then to the islands of Tino and Tinetto. Along the way, we will stop for a swim, swimming and relaxing in the turquoise waters.
We will then stop at the Lavalle family's oyster and mussel processing facilities to learn more about mussel farming, which has always played a leading role in the local economy. An aperitif of Ligurian pizza and focaccia, fish products such as mussels and oysters, and fruit will be served on board. Everything will be accompanied by wine for adults and water and soft drinks for children.
The navigation will continue towards Tellaro and Fiascherino for a second swimming stop or in the vicinity of the Cinque Terre (non-stop) , depending on the weather and sea conditions and the preferences of the participants on board.
The boat tour will last a total of 4 hours.

The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit.
Children from 0 to 11 years old do not pay. Please communicate their presence to the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
The boat is wheelchair accessible. Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility can be provided on request: contact the organisers after booking confirmation.

The boat tour is available from March to October, daily, and is confirmed with a minimum of three participants.
The boat is a 9 m motorboat renamed Matilde, with a toilet, stereo system, shower, refrigerator, awning, wifi, USB charger and ladder.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
